Psychiatric Evaluations and psychotherapy are often covered by insurance. Ketamine medicine sessions are out-of-pocket/self-pay only.

If you do not have insurance accepted by Upwell, you can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Our sessions take place in downtown Bath. Option for telehealth is available. In-person is preferred, whenever possible.

*Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is offered in-person, unless there are limitations related to medical necessity.

Psychiatric Evaluation • 1 hour • Self-pay rate $250 (insurance coverage varies)

Psychotherapy / Follow-up session • 45 minutes • Self-pay rate $160 (insurance coverage varies)

Ketamine Medicine Session • 3 hours • $500
