As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe in caring for the whole person within the context of their unique circumstances. I hold space for the big existential questions alongside the daily doings that arise in life's unfolding, and I approach psychiatric care with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s individual path.

I have practiced as an inpatient registered nurse since 2020 and am a certified death doula—it is an honor to support people through life’s many transitions. My connection with the natural world informs my work, guiding it with reverence for each person’s story, resilience, innate sense of belonging, and capacity for healing.

Care in Maine

In Maine, I provide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I am trained in KAP and guided by the Roots to Thrive ethos, which informs my approach to creating a supportive, attuned space for exploration, insight, and meaningful shifts in presence.

Care in Washington

In Washington, I provide psychiatric evaluation, oral ketamine prescribing, and medication management through telehealth. My role is focused on the medical aspects of care, including evaluating whether oral ketamine may be appropriate, developing an individualized medication plan, and providing ongoing monitoring and support.

For Washington clients receiving ketamine treatment, the medication is prescribed for self-administration in the presence of a licensed therapist who provides psychotherapy and observation separately from Upwell Psychiatry’s medication management services.
